I’m looking for a long-term rental (12 months+), looking in downtown Toronto. I’m very neat and respectful of common areas and comfortable following a shared cleaning routine.

I’ve lived with roommates since university and handle differences in living habits through discussion and compromise. I can enjoy both lively nights out and quiet evenings at home. I don’t usually host guests since my friends tend to host instead, but I’m very happy to host if my roommate wants to have people over, as long as there’s good communication.

I’m looking for a roommate who is respectful and communicative. Ideally, I’d also enjoy becoming friends and occasionally doing things together, while still respecting each other’s space.
