Hello, my name Is Lucas, I am originally from Guelph and recently came back from Manitoba. Unfortunately the room I had lined up to rent backed out on me last minute and now I am looking for a place to live while temporarily staying with a friend.

Main goal is getting into the University of Guelph, I will be attending continuing education classes on Gordon to upgrade my marks and obtain missing prerequisites so I may apply for next year.

I have a few avenues available to get a job and intend to have one within two weeks of moving in.

I am a growing sports enthusiast with goals of playing for the Guelph Gryphons football team. In my downtime I’ll often chill with some video games or just a show. Also intend to get back into reading more books.

I’m of course open to socializing with my roommates and partaking in reasonable activities. Always trying to grow my social circle.

My max budget is $950 and can manage that, I would be more comfortable however around $800 per month. Would prefer to live with other men.

I will be traveling back to Guelph on August 5th and I could move in that day as well.
