My name is Nina, and currently employed in a long-term care facility (nursing home) in the Dundas and University area. I am planning to further my education while continuing to work.

As my roommate is relocating, I am seeking a long-term, stable home. It is important for me to maintain a conducive environment that supports my busy work and academic obligations.

I’m a person who values a neat and clean living space. I don’t drive, so I myself would like to be within walking distance of a subway station along Yonge Street (Yellow Line 1), particularly St.Clair Station.
