I’m Mahmoud, and I’m looking for a new place to call home—ideally one that’s welcoming, well-kept, and feels right.

• Open to amazing roommates, studio, or bachelor apartments.

• Location: Toronto, preferably within reasonable reach of public transit.

• Budget: ballpark of $1,500-1,700 (with flexibility for the right place)!

• Amenities: Bonus points for in-unit laundry, pool, or a chill vibe.

• Move-in: April/May 1st

I’m a professional living in Toronto searching for a spot that feels like a good fit for me. I’m 32 years old, approachable, respectful, and drama-free (most days 😉) with an eye for aesthetics.

I won’t leave dishes in the sink, but I also won’t yell at you for doing so.

I’m neurodivergent (AuDHD), so I thrive in spaces where people are upfront, clear, and considerate. I appreciate good conversation, but also the unspoken agreement that sometimes silence is golden. I enjoy acting (though it’s been a while), Health, deep dives into psychology, and the occasional overanalysis of Netflix shows.
