I’m looking for a roommate (or roommates) for a place in Sandy Hill starting August. Ideally looking in the $800–$1,000 range + utilities.

I’m super clean, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces — just looking for someone chill and reliable. I work between cities, so I’m in and out sometimes, but when I’m home, I love a cozy space and good energy.

You’d also be living with Zeke, my (very sweet and well-trained) dog. He’s low-key, cuddly, and a great listener. He won’t be around 24/7, but he is still very much part of the home.
