I am looking for 4 roommates to share this beautiful house I found on marketplace. It is 4k short term (4-6 months) with a 4 month guaranteed lease. I am viewing it tomorrow at Pandora st Burnaby. If we fit 5 homies in 5 bedrooms, the rent could be split to 800$ a month.
