Hi!! I’m looking for an apartment where I can use the kitchen a few days a week to expand my custom sugar cookie business. Preferably St Lawrence Market area. I currently live and work full-time in my own apartment, so I wont really be sleeping or residing in the apartment—I’m simply looking for a quiet and clean space where I can bake and decorate my cookies.

I take pride in maintaining a tidy and respectful workspace, and I’m very mindful of shared spaces. While I won’t be a full-time resident, I’m happy to contribute fairly and be a considerate presence in the home. I’m also friendly, reliable, and easy to get along with!
