Respectful, private individual iso a room/space. pref w all utilities and private bathroom w walk in shower (but can make do otherwise), minimal stairs [~3-4]or no stairs or in a building w an elevator…I would like a bigger, unfurnished room for some furniture, although I am trying to downsize to bare minimums. Would like a place close to transit & conveniences (ex. bank BMO, post office, Rexall) as I don’t drive, but will consider anywhere. I am a former RN…i rely/use of a walker. I am still a good cook and don’t mind sharing a meal or engaging in meaningful conversation once in a while. Everyone has a story!
