Hey there, I am friendly, outgoing, & young at heart, I am currently living with other’s varying from 19 - 47. We are all respectful of each other’s space, yet may share a meal or go out for drinks sometimes.

I have found an apartment that is spacious in North York. One of my current roommates had wanted to move to the city with me. She is one of the younger people in the home where we rent, and currently in a program. She found out she will no longer receive the funding if she moves from our current Durham location. She was going to be on the lease with me. In order to secure the lease, I am looking for a roommate able to go on the one year lease with me.

I enjoy coming home to a clean space, & having a chill & relaxing environment. I am cannabis friendly, but do not smoke indoors. Cheers! please do not message me regarding a furnished room for rent, I have my own furniture & I need more than a room
