Hi I’m Seth I’m looking for a 1 bedroom, 1bathroom apartment to rent, ideally month to month lease. I live in Melbourne Australia and I am looking to return to Vancouver shortly, I am studying and working in the Fitness industry and have some work lined up for when I arrive plus online work I will be bringing with me, I am quiet and fitness focussed, I do not drink maybe on a rare occasion, I do not stay up late and party, I have a lot of family friends in the Coquitlam area and this will be my third time in Vancouver. I’m open to Townhouses/ apartments/ condos or basement suite. I’m open to all areas of Vancouver. My budget is around 1.2-1.5 per month max
