Haruka

Hi y’all, I’m Haruka! I am moving to Victoria to get a Masters in astrophysics. I’m looking for a stable place to live for the next two to six years. I am an avid reader, love jigsaw puzzles, and enjoy a good video game (Return of the Obra Dinn). I am a little shy, reserved, and awkward until I know you a bit better. According to my friends, I make great cookies and brownies!

I lived in university residence at the University of Calgary during my undergrad. I am good at keeping common places clean. I like cooking but hate doing dishes, so I will only use the kitchen when absolutely necessary. I can’t drink, don’t smoke, and very rarely have people over.

I will be in Calgary until I move, so if you want to chat I am open to emails, texts, and video calls at any time. If you want to start renting a place this summer, let me know - maybe we can be roommates!

If you’re a landlord who offers meals with a room, I would really appreciate a message. I find it hard to cook for myself, so it would be so nice to have that support!
