Hello! I am looking for a place for myself and my cat, Lou 🤗

I am a full time electrician, part time artist. I also host events in the community that are aimed at bringing other creatives together and will soon be facilitating educational events for neurodivergency and mental health. So I stay pretty busy, but I need a home where I can work out of sometimes. Looking for a roommate that would be okay with me having my art space takeover part of a den area or open to paying for 2 bedroom for myself if the price is in budget. Would absolutely prefer living with another creative or someone who is open minded and has good communication skills.

What I bring to the table as a roommate: -great cook, love sharing -social but very mindful of balance -handy!! I love when I can fix something -organized, and like to live in a tidy space
