I am a PhD student in Queen’s. I am currently looking for a roommate so I can rent appartments near downtown starting on May. I have seen good options at a good price (for 2-3 people and around 700/850 with all utilities but not wifi), but I need a roommate so we can complete the lease. An ideal roommate would be someone organized, who likes to keep the place clean and mature student or professional. I have my own wifi so we can use that and divide the expenses (around 20-30 depending how much we are, Bell fiber - good speed). Please contact me if you are interested :)
