Hello, I am in Kingston to begin my new Canadian experience. I am looking for an above ground room in a duplex with maximum of 4 room mates (Preferable 2) and would like to move in by July 1st. I would love to set up an online meet to evaluate our compatibility and discuss the terms of moving. I am currently into project development and I am moving to Kingston for research purposes. If you are a native or someone who is well knowledgeable about the city, that would be a plus. I have cats and they are so well trained that we go on walks without leashes. They are not a bother to my living situation and all my previous landlords are willing to attest to the quality of Tenant that I am.
