Hi! I am a mature, financially stable student currently completing my Marine Navigation program. I am looking for a quiet, clean, and comfortable room to rent for the upcoming winter/spring term, strictly from January 1st to April 30th, 2027.

Because my academic workload is extremely heavy and focused on transport regulations and mathematics, my lifestyle is very low-key. When I am not in class, I am usually just studying, meal-prepping, or recharging. I don’t bring the party home, and I highly value a peaceful environment where everyone respects each other’s space and sleep schedules.

I respect the property: I actually own my own home back in Ontario, so I completely understand what goes into maintaining a property. I treat every place I rent with the exact same level of care and cleanliness that I give my own house.

I am completely reliable: You will never have to chase me down for rent, utilities, or my share of the household chores. I handle my finances professionally and pay on time, every time.

I am clean and organized: I am used to the strict, organized standards of the maritime industry. I always clean up after myself in the kitchen immediately and keep shared spaces spotless.

I am an excellent communicator: I believe in addressing household logistics openly and respectfully to ensure a friction-free living situation.
