Hi, I’m Sean. I am a marine navigation student from Ontario heading out West for the summer. I have accepted a 4-month co-op contract working as a Deck Cadet with BC Ferries out of the Tsawwassen terminal, and I am looking for a home base in the Delta, Ladner or Tsawwassen area from May 1st to August 30.
Because I will be working 12-hour shifts, my summer lifestyle will be extremely low-key. When I am not on the water, my routine consists almost entirely of sleeping, meal-prepping, and studying for my upcoming Transport Canada maritime exams.
What I bring to a shared space:
Reliability: I am employed full-time for the summer and treat rent/bills as my top priority.
Quiet & Clean: I am a non-smoker, have no pets, and am highly respectful of shared spaces and noise levels.
Low Impact: Between my 12-hour and my study schedule, I am essentially a “ghost roommate.” You will not have to worry about me bringing the party home.
I am ideally looking for a furnished room, but I am flexible for the right fit. If you have a space near the Ladner transit loop or with easy access to the ferry causeway, I would love to connect!
