I am generally easy going and not very picky on a lot of things. Typically a night owl. I am ideally open to sharing an apartment with 1 roommate. I’m only open to houses without yards that require maintenance. I cook quite often. I am generally tidy and considerate of my roommate. I am not a smoker but unopposed to smokers as long as you operate within the apartment or house rules. If you don’t mind us playing music when both of us are comfortable, that’s a plus.
