What I’m Looking For in a Rental:

🏠 A 2-bedroom apartment (private rooms for both of us) ❌ Not a basement (sunlight is important to me) ❄️ Air conditioning 🧺 Washer + dryer in unit 🚪 Built-in closet 🛁 Private bathroom (preferred but not a dealbreaker!) 🛏️ Spacious room that fits:

• king bed
• 2 nightstands
• 1 computer desk
• 1 dresser

About Me: 🧠 I’m a young mental health professional ✨ Clean, chill, and always respectful 🚫 Non-smoker ❌ No parties / No alcohol 🐾 No pets myself — but I LOVE animals (especially cats — I’ll 100% babysit your fur baby and probably love it more than you lol) 🧼 Hygiene is a big yes 💡 I love calm, quiet vibes — but if you want to enjoy the space your way, just give me a heads-up! 🎮 Into video games, board games, city walks, shopping sprees, cozy movie nights, and more. 🙋‍♂️ Rarely have guests — when I do, it’s just one, and they might stay overnight occasionally ✅ Totally okay with your guests as long as they’re chill & respectful ⏰ Always pay rent on time (sometimes even before time — rent game strong) ❤️ LGBTQ+ friendly & inclusive of all identities and genders ♿ Completely comfortable with roommates who need accommodations — I’ll support however I can 🚬 If you’re a smoker, it’s cool as long as it’s outside and doesn’t drift into the living areas (I’m scent-sensitive)
