I’ve just started my search. 40yr old mother of 1, about to separate from husband and need a room to rent.

My 7yr old would probably be visiting often. I’d prefer no pets but can be ok with a couple cats and/or smaller.

I work as a Quality Assurance Coordinator (admin) at a food processing plant. Would prefer to rent with other professionals or mature people.

I prefer to chat in person about preferences and rules. I’m ok with signing a written agreement for rules.
