I only need the place for 1 week out of every 3. Mainly only to sleep at night when I am on call. The other 2 weeks I will be staying at my primary residence and during the day on weekdays I will be at work for 10 hours during the day. Previous tenants have liked having me as a tenant because I am clean, never there, do not use much in the way of utilities at all.
