Hello there before i moved in with my brother I rented a room in

My name is Leonard Robinson ( Len )

I am a 54 year old disabled male, who is in need of renting a room for April 30th or as close to it as possible.

I am quite, polite clean up after myself. I do prefer a relatively clean place. I don’t drink or smoke, I treat others the way i wish to be treated, a mutual respect is needed when you live with other people.

Now as for how long i need a room for at least 1 to 2 yrs if it works out 3 to 4 years. Right now i would agree to a 6 month at a time setup, the place i thought i had well rented to another person : (

Around 4 yr timeline i will be moving up north near Timmins area where my brother will be building his Off Grid Cabin.

I am on ODSP and they will be paying First and Last months rent directly to you. I have 6 crushed Vertebrae , messed up left knee , messed up right wrist and messed up right hip . I do spend a lot of my time on my computer.

As for Pets i don’t have any but most animals tend to like me

I do own a nice mountain bike that i prefer to keep in my room or up against a wall someplace safe, I do not lend it out. Also have a throw down rug for under the bike, along as towels i use to dry it off if I do get caught in bad weather. I try very hard to avoid riding in bad weather but do get caught once in awhile. My bike is like my home stereo system & computer they are my Pride and Joy. The bike is how i get around It’s not safe for me to be driving Cars or Trucks on public roads. Not really safe to be riding the bike on public roads either but need to get around freely Bus costs to much money.
