Hi everyone! I’m Olivia, I’m a new graduate from uoft, 23 female, will be working professionally in Toronto. I’m really clean and quiet at home, tend to keep to my room, but I also love to be friends with my roommates. I enjoy exploring the city and trying out restaurants and cafes but haven’t had much of a chance yet since uni was too busy!

I’m looking for a place with 1-2 roommates, ideally women who are also quiet and respectful at home especially at night or early morning! And hoping for a room with lots of natural light and good sound proofing. A gym in the building is a huge bonus. I also enjoy gardening in the summer (I like tomatoes and strawberries) so a balcony is a plus.

I’m flexible for move date. Just need to move before mid August at latest. Also flexible budget, willing to pay more for a better room or happy to save some money on a modest place.
