Hello! My name is Nora. I hold work permit and am currently looking for a room to rent starting around August 29–31. I’m hoping for a lease term of at least 6 months.

I’m hoping to find a clean, safe, and furnished place nearby. I’m respectful, tidy, and easygoing. I don’t smoke and always make sure to keep shared spaces clean. I’m also currently running a short-form video editing account, so having a stable internet connection is important to me.

I’d like to share the type of living environment I’m hoping to find.

1. Preferably within a 25-minute walking distance to a SkyTrain station.
2. I’m looking for a fully furnished room (bed, desk, chair, closet), and a bookshelf or bedside table would be a lovely bonus.
3. Ideally a private bathroom, or shared with no more than 3 respectful roommates.
4. I would appreciate having all utilities included in the rent. If there are any additional costs (e.g. BC Hydro), please kindly let me know.
5. Stable and fast Wi-Fi is important for my video editing tasks.
