Mom of 2 teens (visiting every other weeks). I own a home around Place d’Orleans but need a transition (2 or 3 years), I need to live around Saint Peter’s High school boundaries (Avalon, East and West Tenth line, Fallingbrook, Innes East). The 3 of us are very easy going quiet (studies on a computer). I’m almost alone all the time and I work so I’m not often home. Ideal : 2 rooms or a basement.
