I’m a 68 year old single man with no bad baggage . Non drinking/drugs/smoking etc with 3 pensions and am looking for a good safe location for myself . I have a ankle injury that needs me to use crutches with and I don’t have furniture but could aquire some . Would really only need bedroom and kitchen / washroom . I may request only for me .
