Hi! I’m Ana – looking for a cat-friendly room in Cornwall (July–August move-in)

I’m a 22-year-old professional woman originally from Venezuela, now working full-time in Cornwall. I work afternoon shifts and also do food delivery as a side income, so I’m often out during the week and on weekends. I’m clean, independent, and respectful of shared spaces.

I’m looking for a private room in a calm and pet-friendly home where I can live with my two indoor cats. They’re neutered, fully litter-trained, and very sweet with people. They do get occasional zoomies (as cats do!), but they’re overall quiet, cuddly, and used to apartment life.

What I’m looking for: • Move-in date between July and August • All-inclusive preferred (utilities, internet, etc.) • Parking is a must for my delivery work • Monthly rent around $800–$1,000

I don’t spend much time at home during the week, and I usually meal prep on Sundays. I’m easygoing, low-key, and respectful of others’ routines and space.
