I hope you’re doing well! I came across your listing and I’m really interested. I’m currently looking for a pet-friendly place to rent around Lougheed, Coquitlam, or New Westminster.

A little about me: I’m a full-time accounting assistant and also hoping to pick up a part-time weekend barista job nearby (I love coffee!). I’m quiet, clean, and responsible.

I also have two small, well-trained miniature schnauzers—they’re calm indoors and don’t bark excessively.

I’m open to either a private suite, pet-friendly apartment, or shared place with a private room. My budget is: • $850–$1,000 for shared • $1,200–$1,500 for a suite or apartment

Ideally looking to move end of June.
