We’re Chloé (32) and Chantal (30) and arrived in Toronto yesterday from Amsterdam to start off our one year working holiday in Canada. We are planning on staying in Toronto during the summer for 3-4 months before buying a camper van and doing a road trip from the east to the west coast. We are both experienced professionals in Project Management and Media, however, during our time in Canada we will be taking a break and working in Hospitality to really give ourselves a chance to meet lots of people and immerse ourself in the Canadian culture! A bit about ourselves - we have both just come back from a 5 month travel stint travelling Sri Lanka, India and Egypt - we love exploring new places and learn about different communities. Chloé loves to cook food from around the world, explore quirky exhibitions and museums whilst also staying active at HIIT and circuit gym classes. Chantal is an adrenaline junkie and loves to ski dive; she lived in Australia for 6 years where she learnt to surf, skateboard and even drove herself around the Ha Giang Loop in Vietnam. She loves to read books on self development, go to the theatre and has acted in plays herself whilst in Amsterdam.
