I work as a receptionist at a clinic in Burnaby and have a stable income. As a clean, quiet, responsible and respectful person, I always treat the place I live in with care and pay my rent on time. I don’t smoke & have no pets. I’m mainly looking for a long-term rental in a condo/apartment with a private bathroom or studio unit & hope to stay for around 6 months to 1 year. Houses/townhouses are also considered if the condition is clean, with safe neighbourhoods, and located in a place that’s easy to commute to Metrotown. With a positive rental history & I’m happy to provide relevant references or additional information if needed & once the viewing time is confirmed.
