I am a 29-year-old Japanese male who has been working as a guide in Banff since May. As a guide, I appreciate the outdoors, but I also value a peaceful and tidy living space at home. I am a non-smoker, don’t drink alcohol, and don’t use cannabis, so you won’t have to worry about those issues. I also don’t host parties and generally keep to myself when I’m home, allowing for a calm and undisturbed environment for everyone. I’m reliable with rent and considerate of others’ schedules and lifestyles. I’m currently staying in a hostel and eager to find a more stable and comfortable living situation with respectful roommates.
