Hi! Looking to downsize and start saving some money! 52 year old male, single, lots of previous roommates available for reference. I’m quiet, don’t party, don’t drink, don’t smoke cigarettes. Generally I’m on the computer, or reading and sleeping. Did I say I’m quiet?

I’m looking for a situation where I’m keeping minimal things in paid storage, i.e. small appliances, cookware, dining table, TV and entertainment stuff. So if that stuff is needed, its available.

I drive a small car and also have a couple bikes and motorcycle-style electric scooter. So ideally there is room to park some things.

I’ll make you the odd meal! Amateur chef… My best friend visits weekly to watch TV and do her laundry, so it would be ideal if you can accommodate, but not a deal breaker.

Looking for mid month June move, can do a lease for the right place.
