Hi! My name is Katarina and i will be attending University of Manitoba as a law student in the fall. I am looking for a female roommate (either someone who already has a place or someone who is willing to find one with me) that is similar in age and looking to sign a 1 year lease.

I have a cat, he is very very friendly and gets along with everyone. I am open to others with a cat (as long as they get along) but not dogs.

I’m pretty chill, non smoker, social drinker. I like my space and time by myself but also enjoy socializing.

My budget is about $950 and that would hopefully include utilities. i’m hoping to move to Winnipeg (from sask) in mid to late August. So either a lease that starts in August or a move in date earlier than september.

Looking for a place that is per friendly, nearish university and has a dishwasher and in-unit laundry. I have some furniture and have kitchen equipment.
