Looking to move late April 2026, and stay for approximately a year (end of April 2027). Quiet and clean male student at the U of R. Looking for a PRIVATE ROOM in a furnished unit for around 750 (all in) with parking, in-unit laundry facilities are a bonus (willing to negotiate). I’m often at work or at school (or partaking in extracurricular activities). I don’t drink, smoke, or party. I do have a partner, and I hope that occasional visits are allowed. In my free time, I enjoy reading, crocheting, and watching sports. I am willing to share a place under the right person/people and would love to discuss more if interested.
