Hi everyone! My name is Francesco, I’m 28 and I just moved to Calgary from Italy.

My current lease ends on August 31st and I’m looking for a new place starting from September 1st!

About me: I’m a full time barista. I’m quiet, clean and I love playing sports, going to the gym and outdoors. I don’t smoke/vape or drink. I enjoy both small talk and deep conversations, and I’m super respectful about shared spaces. I’m currently studying to become a soccer coach.

To me, cleanliness is super important as it means hygiene as well. This is the main thing I aim for when I’m looking for a place or for some roommates.

The areas I’m more oriented to find a place in are Kensington, Hillhurst, Sunnyside, Westmount or anything in SW/SE close to 17th Ave cause I work there, but I’m open to anything to see if I can fit!
