I’m on a working holiday visa, so I’m unable to commit to a full year’s lease and would prefer a short-term rental initially (at least 3 months). I’m a non-smoker and highly value a clean and tidy living environment. I would appreciate it if roommates could give advance notice when having friends over, as I respect and value personal privacy. I’m also currently working on improving my English skills. If I find compatible roommates, I would even hope to have the opportunity to invite them to visit my country in the future.
