So a little about myself. I’m a building automation technician and have been with my company for 10 years. I have a young son who lives with his mom in Ontario. I’m pretty quiet, clean and respect other peoples space but would also like to find someone who is sociable and up for a BBQ and a drink once in awhile. I don’t know many people here as I moved from Alberta a couple years ago.

I have no pets but don’t mind if you have a dog that you clean up after (no cats). I don’t smoke weed but it’s ok if you’re an occasional smoker.

I’m looking for someone to rent a house with (house or possibly townhouse) which needs to have a garage as I need a place to store and work on my motorcycle/dirt bike. My budget is $1600-1800+ utilities. Your budget must be $1200+ utilities minimum. Looking for someone who has been with the same company for at least a couple years.
