Looking for private room to rent, or two bedroom apartment team-up. I am only interested in female room mates!!

I am a non-smoker, I do not vape, very rarely drinks (responsibly) and NOT 420 friendly (highly allergic). I do not mind cats, but cannot handle dogs due to trauma.

I currently work from home, and require internet access and a fair sized room/space OR an area with storage included. I will be bringing items from within storage, like book shelves and lots of bins. I DO NOT own a bed, but can get one if the room is unfurnished.

I do a huge mix of art from crochet projects and jewelry making, to painting and drawing poster sized artworks and customized items. Tons of anime and video game inspired art, along with ocean/seaside themed art because of my love for the water.

I keep to myself most of the time, doing my hobbies, working or playing Xbox in my room, but am willing to be social if you prefer. I have would rather get along with my room mate then not!

I’m a huge fan of Asian culture and food (Japan, China and Korea) and enjoy shopping at T&T or H-Mart. Would love to live in Richmond some day because of my food preferences, close proximity to Steveston and the ocean, and my passion for Asian history.
