Erika

Hi, my name is Erika (27). I’m a PhD student at TMU. I’m looking for a room with a private bathroom, with an early August move in. Hoping the location is near a TTC station.

I’m easygoing, communicative, and mindful of shared spaces. I enjoy a balance of social time and personal space, and I always clean up after myself.

I study full time, so I appreciate a home that’s peaceful, especially during the week. I’m not a party person but totally down to share meals, hang out, or watch a show together sometimes.
