Im a 30 year old on site lab technician working at a brewery in the west end. im a big fan of the arts, including photography, sketching, movies, and music, so the only noise i really make would be the occasional acousitic guitar. i enjoy cooking, though im not very extravagant. I appreciate a good social time like game or movie nights, but im fine with keeping to myself. im a clean and respectful LGBTQ+ 420 friendly roommate (although I no longer smoke) who has lived with others in the past, and if i had to say my biggest nitpick with other roommates would be keeping kitchen relatively clean. but even with that, i havent had any issues with other roommates.
