My name is Patricia and I’m looking for a private room for rent. I’m a very clean, quiet and considerate tenant that enjoys getting out and about yard sailing, seeing friends and walking trails. When I am home I enjoy watching TV.

I am a simple, easy going person to live with. You probably won’t even realize I’m home. I don’t cook often, if I do it’s a newfie holiday dinner but other than that the easier the meal prep is the better for me.

I do have a car and need parking but I’m hoping to find a place with stores and a community close by within walking distance so I can sell my vehicle.

I have great referneces and a really good credit score. Looking for June 1, 2025. I’m currently staying at my daughters place in Gananoque so a video chat viewing would be the best option for me. My granddaughter who lives in the GTA is also willing to help me with viewings. I am only looking to rent in the east end of the GTA.
