Hey, I’m looking for a room to rent starting February 15/ March 1st . I’m a 23rd year-old who just graduated form Humber College, and am working as a law clerk in Etobicoke . originally from Calgary. I moved to Toronto in January last year . I’m quiet, clean, and respectful, and I’m used to living with roommates. I attend work 9-5 so I’m barely hope . I would love to live in apartment or a basement suite etc, preferably with girls only. if you have any questions, please let me know.

Rent will always be paid on time, as my parents fully support me financially. I’d love to hear more about the room and arrange a viewing if it’s still available
