Hey, I’m looking for a room to rent starting June 1st. I’m a 22-year-old student at Humber College, originally from Calgary. I moved to Toronto in January. I’m quiet, clean, and respectful, and I’m used to living with roommates. I attend school full-time over the summer and also work part-time. I would love to live in apartment or a basement suite etc, preferably with girls only. if you have any questions, please let me know.

Rent will always be paid on time, as my parents fully support me financially. I’d love to hear more about the room and arrange a viewing if it’s still available
