Myself (they/she) and my friend (he/him) are looking for another roommate, preferably a student! We are both studying Music at Carleton, going into our 4th year (with high likelihood of staying in Ottawa for further education). We are both clean and friendly individuals, (LGBTQ+ too!) are pretty studious 🤓 but like to socialize, (small gatherings, NOT crazy parties) so we’d hope to find someone that has the same attitude.
~800$/month each for rent (excluding hydro and wifi) is a good price range… We would hope to move in for September, but we’re open to a July/August move-in date as well! (We’ve found a couple spots that have caught our eye, we can update you :D)
Being close to Carleton is a big plus, so rentals in Centretown, Little Italy, the Glebe, Hintonburg, etc, are ones we’d be gravitating towards.
