Hello, my name is Annie, and I’m looking for a furnished room or suite in Burnaby, or affordable areas of Vancouver. I’m a quiet, respectful woman in my early 30s, currently working as a medical office assistant. I prefer a calm household and value privacy—I’m clean, non-smoking, and don’t host guests.

Ideally, I’m looking for:

A furnished room with my own bedroom (private bathroom would be a huge plus)

Access to a kitchen

A unit that’s either ground-level or in an apartment with elevator access (I cannot do stairs for health reasons)

I’m hoping to move by the end of June, with a monthly rent budget between $1,300 to $1,500 including utilities.
