Gay cis-man here. Currently living alone, but looking to move in with a roommate to save money. I have a car and need parking, but I usually walk to work which is near the courthouse at 161 Elgin. I’m allergic to most animals, so would prefer a pet-free house but it’s not a deal breaker. Non-smoking, except I do use cannabis socially (I do not and would not smoke anything inside).
