I’m a quiet, respectful, and responsible tenant who values a clean and peaceful living space. I’m a full-time university student in WLU going into my third year, so most of my time is spent studying, working, or resting. I don’t smoke, I don’t party, and I’m very mindful of shared spaces. I always do my part to keep things tidy and communicate openly and respectfully with others. If I’m living with roommates, they’d be similarly respectful and considerate — we all believe in creating a comfortable home where everyone feels safe and relaxed.
