I’m looking for myself, for a room for under 900$, a bachelor suite under 1100$ an apartment under 1250$, or a 2 bedroom suite under 1800$ a month. With everything included. In central Vancouver. I need it to be unfurnished. Preferably. I just want to be more central & have my own place again. I do event setup takedown for all kinds of events like festivals concerts and the film industry. I also do part time gig work on Craigslist for many things. I am out most of the time. I wear headphones. I barely ever have anyone over. I am not a loud party person. I am single. I have no pets, or anything catchable and I am not a hoarder. I’m an amazing person & tenant. I can help out with maintenence, first aid, security, mowing the lawn etc if needed. Thanks. Jordan :)
