We are a respectful and responsible young couple seeking a private room to rent. Ideally, we’re looking for a space above ground, but we’re also open to well-maintained basement units, provided the room is reasonably spacious. Windows are always a bonus!

Access to a kitchen and a parking spot is essential for us. While we do appreciate having a kitchen, we don’t cook for extended periods, so we’ll be mindful of shared use.

We’re clean, quiet, and courteous individuals who value a peaceful living environment. We’re also prompt with rent payments and treat any property with care and respect.
