Heyaaa, I’m a student at Algonquin and I’m in a group of 3 students who are looking for a fourth roommate. We are currently in the process of applying for a September 1st lease that’s really close to Algonquin and in the 800/900 per person range if we have 4 people (which was the original plan, but things happen). We will be respectful of your living space and privacy and frankly if you’re just looking for a place and want us to leave you alone that’s totally cool, not that we can’t be friendly with each other though. We are queer & queer-friendly, none of us smoke, and we have no pets.
