Hi there! I’m a full-time student making a career change and looking for a furnished place to rent near commuter rail and bus lines that go to the West Island. My primary search area includes neighbourhoods like Le Sud-Ouest, Ville-Marie, Westmount, and possibly Montréal-Ouest. My ideal budget is up to $800/month (including rent, utilities, and internet).

I’m open to finding a room or teaming up with someone (single or a couple) to rent a shared space. My preference is for easygoing, down-to-earth, and mature roommates, perhaps aged 34–54 (though good vibes are what truly matter!). I’m clean, responsible, emotionally balanced, quiet, and friendly. As I focus on my studies and personal growth, a peaceful and grounded home environment is important to me. I enjoy sincere conversation and genuine connection, and I also respect personal boundaries and privacy.

Just a heads-up: I need a smoke-free and cannabis-free living situation due to sensitivity to smoke. I want to be upfront about that from the start.
