Im a resident of Vancouver for over 35 years, and find myself for 3 years seeking affordable housing after leaving an apt of 16 years. I am a artist, textile designer, starting my own business and will be working on and working in my home and part time work outside of home. I like a quiet respectful space, no bad weird or party vibes, or tv watchers. I like a working table to work on, and a clean, organized, natural light space, must be furnished, I will be leaving Vancouver end of summer, just want for August and September to work on my projects and plan my escape for Oct 1st. I will be a non smoker, no loud phone talking, clean, and like the same in a roomate. Please No Joe Rogan, Jordan Peterson fans please. Not my scene, I like libral, smart, worldly, kind and consciencious people, who are interested in the climate, care of animals, and like good food and a nice surroundings, art and outdoorsy and whom aren’t home all day.
