Hi, my name is Kelton Crawford. I’m a quiet, respectful, and responsible tenant currently receiving AISH (Assured Income for the Severely Handicapped). I also work part-time as a dog trainer, which is both my passion and profession. I live a calm and structured lifestyle and always keep my space clean and well-maintained.

I live with my dog, Bruce—a well-trained, quiet, and calm dog who is part of my work and my daily routine. He’s fully crate trained, never destructive, and doesn’t bark unnecessarily. I’m very mindful of being a responsible dog owner and always clean up after him. He’s a great companion and a big part of why I live such a peaceful and structured life.

I don’t party, smoke, or cause any disturbances. My focus is on personal growth, stability, and maintaining a quiet, respectful environment. I’m reliable with rent payments and happy to provide references if needed. I’m looking for a safe, comfortable space to call home—either a room or basement suite where Bruce and I can continue building a stable routine.
